Environmental Process Notices (EPNs)

Environmental Process Notices or EPNs are new to the Puerto Rico Division Office. The purpose of the notices is to improve the quality of environmental analysis and documentation during project development. The process also improves communication and coordination between our partner agencies and within the Division Office.
