Join the Design Guide Community

Do you have a question or comment about using the new Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide ? Or a success story to share? Visit the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide Community of Practice online at knowledge.fhwa.dot.gov (choose "NCHRP 1-37A Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide"). Comments and questions collected on the site will be shared with the National Cooperative Highway Research Program as it evaluates the Guide and accompanying software and plans changes and enhancements to them. "The feedback received on the Design Guide document and software will be instrumental in ensuring that enhancements to the Guide will meet the needs and expectations of users," says Leslie Myers of FHWA's Design Guide Implementation Team.
