Report to Congress on Obligations and Unobligated Balances for Federal-aid Highway and Safety Construction Programs

23 U.S.C. § 104(g) requires the Secretary of Transportation to submit a report on the obligated and unobligated balances of funds to Congress each fiscal year. Prior to the enactment of Moving Ahead For Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) (Public Law 112-141), this report was required under 23 U.S.C. § 104(j).
