FY 2009 Value Engineering Summary Report
The following table compiles the data traditionally collected by the FHWA to summarized successes and achievements in the VE program. As was initiated with the FY 2007 Report, additional information was collected regarding the States' best practices and successful studies completed during the integration of VE in their Federal-aid program.
The FY 2009 report also includes data connecting the recommendations approved through VE studies and implemented VECPs to the benefits provided to the various functions and components of the projects that were studied.
