  1. All FY2003 available IMD funds were designated for specific projects by Congress in the conference report accompanying the FY 2003 Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act (Division I of Public Law 108-7).
  2. TEA-21 (Public Law 105-178) authorized $100 million for IMD for FY2003. After applying the 0.65 percent across-the-board rescission under the provisions of Section 601 of Division N of the FY 2003 Omnibus Appropriations Act (Public Law 108-7), $99,350,000 is available for funding these FY 2003 IMD projects.
