Geophysics 2002 ConferenceThe Second Annual Conference on the Application of Geophysical and NDT Methodologies to Transportation Facilities and InfrastructureApril 15-19, 2002 The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) hosted the 2nd International Conference on the Application of Geophysical and NDT Methodologies to Transportation Facilities and Infrastructure (GEOPHYSICS 2002). The conference was held April 15-19 at the Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills in Los Angeles, CA. Conference GoalsThis conference was established to enhance the safety, quality and efficiency of current transportation systems by expanding knowledge and understanding of state-of-the-art technology. In exchanging the most recent information about geophysical and NDT methodologies, participants will gain a better understanding of their applications and limitations. This maximizes their benefits, thus enhancing engineering practice, improving safety and reducing costs. Past Conference ParticipantsPast conference participants have represented Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Korea, and USA. |
