The FHWA has discontinued the distribution of software through this website. While the software was in the public domain, the versions made available by FHWA are now outdated, do not align with current FHWA recommended guidance, and  are compatible with more current computer operating systems.

For those wishing to find FHWA software and related publications, it is available from McTrans or PC-TRANS.
