HERS-ST Example - Interpreting the HERS-ST Tabular Output

Objective: Gain a better understanding of the HERS-ST tabular output.

Tasks:

  1. Conditions at beginning of analysis period;
  2. Conditions at end of period and changes during period;
  3. Total initial cost of selected improvements;
  4. Lane-miles improved;
  5. Average b/c ratio of selected improvements; and
  6. Change in deficiencies.

Task 1: Conditions at Beginning of Analysis Period
