The Pavement Management Roadmap - Executive Summary (FHWA-HIF-11-014) provides an overview of the 10-year Pavement Management Roadmap, which can be used to guide new research, development, and technology transfer opportunities that will lead to improved approaches to pavement management.
The Pavement Management Roadmap (FHWA-HIF-11-11) provides the details of the development of the PM Roadmap as well as the detailed problem statements developed.

The PM Roadmap Marketing Plan (.pdf, 1 mb) presents a goal to broaden the awareness of transportation stakeholders to the potential the Roadmap projects hold for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their pavement management practices and to persuade them to advocate for the development and funding of those projects.
