Policy Communications Team

The Policy Communications Team manages the FHWA briefing process for FHWA and USDOT leadership. This work includes building and maintaining an electronic library of briefing material, establishing a consistent and accessible data management process, and designing templates for presentations and briefing papers. The Team works with an agency-wide network of briefing coordinators from every FHWA headquarters and field office. The Team also oversees the Office of Policy and Governmental Affairs' public outreach and communications and ensures quality control for FHWA Reports to Congress.
