Description of Accessibility Index

The index is calculated as the employment at the destination zone multiplied by the natural logarithm e raised to the power of the parameter alpha times the travel time between the origin and destination zone. For each origin zone, the index is calculated for all destination zones. The index is summed over all origin zones.
