Carbon Monoxide Categorical Hot-Spot Finding Form

Complete this form to determine if your project falls within acceptable range of modeled parameters to rely on the CO categorical hot-spot finding. Section 4 in EPA's, "Guideline for Modeling Carbon Monoxide from Roadway Intersections" should be followed for selecting the highest volume and worst level of service intersection(s) for analysis.

Urban Intersection (?The area where two or more roadways join or cross.)
