The RTP and TE Update is an archive of newsworthy items sent to State Trail Administrators, Transportation Enhancement Program Managers, and advocacy groups from 2005 through 2011. Items included general announcements, upcoming events, and updates on other issues related to the Recreational Trails Program and the Transportation Enhancement Activities. FHWA discontinued this Update after 2011 because other sources covered these items (see below). FHWA removed weblinks to avoid having to update links to obsolete information.
