Federal-aid Essentials for Local Public Agencies is an agency initiative for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The Office of Technical Services has the lead for the agency. However, this effort involves a host of FHWA professionals working as a team for success. Subject-matter experts across FHWA, well versed, experienced, and knowledgeable of the Federal-aid Highway Program prepared the content for the informational videos and companion resources.
