The Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Surface Transportation Environment and Planning Cooperative Research Program (STEP) sponsored a webinar on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss real estate research initiatives that are planned or underway.

Topics included Railroad Mitigation Strategies, Visualization, Tribal Acquisition and the Local Public Agencies (LPA) Federal Course "Introduction to Federal-Aid Right of Way Requirements for Local Public Agencies" Speakers included representatives from FHWA, Caltrans and the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
