Bob McCullough Biography

Bob McCullough's Bio

Bob McCullough is the Manager of the Systems Traffic Models for the Florida Department of Transportation (DOT). He is a registered professional engineer, in the state of Florida.

The Systems Traffic Modeling Section has the responsibility for developing and maintaining transportation computer models. Bob's office works with the districts, MPOs, cities, counties and other government agencies in the use of these models and provides technical guidance, training and assistance.

In the 1980's, Bob was responsible for transitioning the "old" mainframe modeling "UTPS" to the micro-computer based TRANPLAN. Today, the transition package, TRANPLAN, is used nationally by many states.
