Professor T. R. Agg of the Iowa Highway Commission acts as chairman of the conference, which includes BPR's B. A. Anderson (chemist), L. G. Carmick (assistant chemist), A. T. Goldbeck (engineer of tests), F. H. Jackson (senior assistant testing engineer), Henry M. Milburn (chemist), and E. B. Smith (senior assistant testing engineer). |
