Life-Cycle Cost Analysis Peer Exchange

From LCCA to ROI

The Federal Highway Administration's Office of Asset Management will host a free Life Cycle Cost Analysis Peer Exchange and workshop titled "From LCCA to ROI: Using life-cycle Cost Analysis to Maximize your Return on Transportation Investments". This LCCA Peer Exchange and workshop includes a pavement and bridge track that will provide a forum for practitioners to discuss the "State of Practice" of LCCA including methods, policies and procedures. Various agencies will convey successful practices, lessons learned and identify strategies for meeting challenges in applying LCCA to get the best return on investment for the long term. This Peer Exchange will also provide insight and guidance on using the FHWA RealCost LCCA Software as well as topics including performance management, strategies for feeding LCCA with useful data and various breakout sessions focusing on User Cost, Inflation, Discount Rates, etc. This meeting will provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about LCCA and will expand your knowledge on the different methods used by peer agencies for conducting a LCCA. Limited funding is available.
