Low Carbon Transportation Materials Grants Program Industry Averages
As part of the LCTM Program, recipients must identify thresholds for qualifying each material/product. To support establishment of thresholds for the LCTM Program, stakeholders from concrete, glass, asphalt, and steel industries are working to provide industry average data. FHWA anticipates publishing acceptable thresholds on this webpage as they become available in spring 2024.
