Description: The overall objective of Task 4 is to evaluate and recommend the appropriate laboratory tests that can be used in a mix design for FDR. The types of FDR materials evaluated in Task 4 are: unstabilized, stabilized with Portland cement, stabilized with fly ash, stabilized with asphalt emulsion, and stabilized with foamed asphalt. In addition to the stabilization, all FDR materials included three levels of recycled asphalt pavements (RAP) at: 25, 50, and 75%.
