FAST Act Guidance

On December 4, 2015, the President signed into law Public Law 114-94, the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act). This link is intended to be a one-stop shop for information about the portions of the Act related to the FHWA’s Office of Operations:

MAP-21 Guidance

On July 6, 2012, the President signed into law P.L. 112-141, the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21).  MAP-21 made a number of changes to federal provisions and programs under the areas of Operations, ITS, Tolling, and Freight.
