4/ Miscellaneous income shown includes an estimated $13,520,750 in State aid and an estimated $16,036,890 subsidy from New York City.

5/ Harris County Toll Facilities consist of the Harris County Toll Road and the Jesse Jones Memorial Toll Bridge.
