The Cambridge Systematics study team was tasked with recommending design levels for the 14th Amendment Highway that would be utilized in the proposed alternative alignments. Their recommendations were presented at the December 9, 2010 Expert Working Group meeting. The recommendations found in the Task 7a: Design Levels Technical Memorandum along with the input of the EWG will be used in determining the alternative alignments.
