Three corridors have been suggested by members of the public through the project website. One corridor (Public-1) runs from north of Savannah and along the eastern side of the Georgia-South Carolina border to I-85 near Greenville. A second corridor (Public-3) turns west from the first corridor between Augusta and Clarks Hill Lake; from Augusta, it generally follows the path of Corridor A West through Athens, Dahlonega, and Chatsworth to join I-75 near Dalton. A third Corridor (Public-2) was suggested which runs northwest from Lavonia, joins Corridor K at the western tip of North Carolina, and follows Corridor K to I-75 at Cleveland.
