16. Abstract Historically, on highway construction projects, truck drivers collect paper tickets for every truckload they haul to a job site from a material plant. This practice of paper tickets is cumbersome and outdated. Electronic ticketing (e-Ticketing) automates the process. e-Ticketing is a market-ready digital innovation that automates the recording and transfer of information in real time for materials as they are moved from the plant to the site. |
