Local Public Agency Request for Appropriation	This is a template application that the Arizona DOT developed for local public agencies to use when requesting a FLT.
Highway Easement Deed	This is a template highway easement deed that the Arizona Division Office developed for the right-of-way of a highway over certain Federal land under the jurisdiction of the Department of Interior – Bureau of Reclamation in the State of Arizona.
