Subject: Acquisition of National Forest Service Land; CR 375 From 4.9 mi N of SR 377
(US 319) to Leon County Line, FA #0411-363 FN #407244-2 Wakulla Co.;
CR 67 From Franklin CL to SR 65, FA #0411-022, FN #406853-2, Liberty Co.
In accordance with Section 317 of Title 23 U.S.C., we request a letter of consent to execute two (2) Highway Easement Deeds for the lands described in the enclosed documents. The purpose of the request is for the upgrading and resurfacing of County Road 375 in Wakulla County, and County Road 67 in Liberty County; both located within the Apalachicola National Forest System. Enclosed for your review are the following documents:
The public agency has been in contact with the National Forest Representative and has incorporated the requested conditions and covenants in the Easement Deeds.
Upon receipt of your letter of consent, we will obtain the necessary signatures on the instruments, and see that you receive two copies of the completed transactions.
If further information is required, please advise us and we will do whatever is necessary to obtain it for you in a timely manner.
