Subject: Highway Easement Deed, Project No., Description, County

Dear Mr. Dover:

Your [DATE] letter forwarded for execution a permanent Highway Easement Deed to transfer Bureau of Land Management land for a Permanent Construction Materials. The deed has been executed. An original and a conformed copy of the executed deed are enclosed for recordation and use.

The material site will be used initially on project No. It (they) is (are) located in the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming; T__N, R__W; Section __.

Please retain the original deed in your records and provide our office with the recordation data when available.

Provision __ on page __ of the permanent Highway Easement Deed provides that the easement herein granted shall terminate in 10 years if project construction has not begun.

If at some time in the future the appropriation for the permanent materials site is no longer needed, you should follow the procedures for abandonment found in the 2002 Memorandum of Understanding. Our office should be informed of plans for abandonment.
