Subject: Temporary Construction Easement Deed, Project No., Location, County

Dear Mr. Dover:

Your DATE, letter forwarded for execution a Temporary Construction Easement Deed to transfer Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land for construction purposes. An executed original of this temporary easement deed is enclosed for recordation and/or use. Please retain the original deed in your records.

The site being transferred is needed for construction work on the LOCATION on project ________ in County. The site is located in the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming; TN, RW, Section.

When the site is no longer needed for use as described in paragraph __ of the enclosed deed, it should be properly reclaimed and returned to the BLM in accordance with the 2002 Memorandum of Understanding. Please inform this office when the appropriation is ready for termination and your office can schedule a joint inspection with BLM of the surface reclamation. A contact from your office should be provided to facilitate scheduling of any inspection that BLM requires. Alternatively, your office may directly contact the BLM to schedule the joint inspection. In accordance with condition (_) on page __ of the deed, the temporary appropriation must be terminated within 10 years.

The "Termination and Release of Temporary Construction Easement" on the Temporary Construction Easement Deed should be executed and sent to this office after BLM accepts reclamation of the temporary construction site. We will, as appropriate, concur in the termination and release of the easement and forward executed copies of the document to your office and the BLM.
