SUBJECT: Termination of Temporary Easement, Appropriation WYW-___________, Temporary Materials Site, ____________ County

Dear Mr. Dover:

Your [DATE] letter (WYDOT file reference No. _____) indicated that the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) had completed its use of the subject mineral materials site. You requested that we sign and return one copy of the "Termination and Release of Temporary Construction Easement", which is a part of the Temporary Construction Easement Deed granting your organization temporary construction easement rights. The appropriation as recorded in the deed was authorized by Letter of Consent WYW-________ dated [DATE]. The location of the appropriation is described below:

Having received a "decision document" from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) indicating that they accept surface reclamation of the site, we are returning a signed copy of the "Termination and Release of Temporary Construction Easement" as requested. In accordance with this document and paragraph 10 of Exhibit B, attached and a part of the deed, rights granted in the deed terminate and the lands immediately revert to the full control of the Secretary of the Interior or his assigns.
