In the enclosed [DATE] letter, the Transportation Commission of Wyoming has requested a Letter of Consent (LOC) for the issuance of a permanent Highway Easement Deed and a Temporary Construction Easement Deed for temporary construction areas. The construction area(s) is/are needed for the subject project on [LOCATION].
The requested right-of-way and temporary construction areas are on Government lands under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management (Reclamation). Please refer to the Wyoming Department of Transportation letter for a location description of the requested lands and a list of enclosed documents.
(If provided) Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act, the Historical Preservation Act and the Preservation of Parklands have been complied with during the planning of this project.
