Dear Mr. Dover:
Your letter dated [DATE] indicated that the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) had completed its use of the subject site. You requested that we sign and return one copy of the "Termination and Release of Temporary Construction Easement", which is a part of the Temporary Construction Easement Deed granting your organization temporary construction easement rights. The appropriation as recorded in the deed was authorized by Letter of Consent WYW-148111. The location of the appropriation is described below:

Having received a "decision document" from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) indicating that they accept surface reclamation of the site, we are returning a signed copy of the "Termination and Release of Temporary Construction Easement" as requested. In accordance with this document and paragraph __ of Exhibit __, attached and a part of the deed, rights granted in the deed terminate and the lands immediately revert to the full control of the Secretary of the Interior or his assigns.
