| Unmasking the Mystery of FLTs Part 1 (Webinar) | On August 23, 2017, FHWA held a webinar-based training called "Unmasking the Mystery of FLTs." The information in the webinar provides an overview of the FLT Program as well as providing a discussion regarding the applicable statutory and regulatory authorities. |
