Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) 8.0 Software

This hands-on session will introduce you to HPMS 8.0, the web-based software for submittal and processing of data for HPMS.

Travel Monitoring Analysis System (TMAS) Software Training

National Highway Institute, 1310 N. Courthouse Road, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22201

Monthly traffic data are submitted and validated with the new web-based TMAS software. This workshop will introduce participants to the new features in TMAS version 2.0. Data upload, quality checks and report generation will be covered. Station records (S-cards), volume records (3-cards), classification records (c-card) and weight records (w-card) will be processed and summarized. Reports will be demonstrated showing how users they can access their data along with data from other States. This new software replaces the TVT and VTRIS upload process.

Introduction to the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS)

This session will introduce you to HPMS, including background, purpose, and requirements for HPMS data. An overview of the structure of the HPMS addressing sample selection and general data items requirements will be described. Basic information on submittal requirements and the major components of an HPMS submittal will be presented. For newcomers and those who need a refresher.
