Highway Program Apportionments and High Priority Projects Under TEA-21 as Amended by the TEA-21 Restoration Act

TEA-21, as amended, requires that total Minimum Guarantee apportionments in excess of $2.8 billion annually be distributed among the Interstate Maintenance, National Highway System, Surface Transportation Program, the Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Program, and the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program. Tables are available showing the apportionments both before and after this redistribution.
