We have received your January 7, 2020 letter of interest to participate in Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA's) Special Experimental Project (SEP-16). Your proposal is requesting FHWA to consider allowing the Nebraska Department of Transportation to assume responsibility for approval of amendments to the Statewide Planning Work Program.
