We have received your November 1, 2018 letter of interest to participate in Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA's) Special Experimental Project (SEP-16). Your proposal is requesting FHWA to consider allowing Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to assume responsibility for preparing and approving Major Project Management Plans and Annual Financial Plans as described in 23 USC 106(h).
