• GS-0810-11/12 Civil Engineer (Announcement expires on May 15, 2024)
  We are looking for three (3) experienced and motivated individuals to fill our three (3) GS-11/GS-12 Area Engineer vacancies within our Office of Statewide Engineering (two vacancies) and Office of NYC Metro and Local Program Management (one vacancy) in Albany, New York.  The ideal candidates are experienced mid-career engineering professionals who have the skills and abilities to effectively represent the agency to Federal, state and local officials, and the general public.  We are also looking for candidates with good technical, communication, negotiation, and partnering skills who desire to work in a challenging, complex, and innovative environment.

• Financial Specialist (Direct Hire*) The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial management system reviews and evaluations, performing complex duties in various areas of financial management, analyzing financial reimbursements, reviewing, and making recommendations for project agreements and helping the Division finance team carry out its financial oversight responsibilities.
