APPENDIX D: INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

 

The invitation includes the purpose of the focus group sessions, including mention of gratuity and light refreshments, dates and times, contact information, and a response form which includes blank lines for the name, phone number, and email of the person wanting to participate in the focus group for the Oakland region.
