Please reduce the FY 2018 allotment issued to the Office of Infrastructure, under DELPHI Accounting String 15X02ERB50 by $61,053,260.00 and issue these funds to the Office of Federal Lands Highway. These funds are being transferred to address FY 2019 obligation needs for eligible repairs under the Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads program.
