Section 126 of the Transportation, Treasury, Independent Agencies, and General Government Appropriations Act, 2005 (Division H of Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005, Public Law 108-447) has provided $34,000,000, from the Highway Trust Fund, for the "replacement of the Belleair Causeway Bridge in Pinellas County, Florida." This $34,000,000 is reduced to $33,728,000, after applying the 0.80 percent across-the-board rescission in Section 122 of Division J of Public Law 108-447.
We are, therefore, allocating $33,728,000 of program code 45R0 funds (DELPHI Code 15X045RB50-050) to Florida under Demo ID FL342, with an equal amount of obligation authority. These funds are available until expended and the Federal share is 100 percent.
By copy of this memorandum, the Office of Financial Management in the HCF is requested to process this allocation.
