Roles & Responsibilities in Brief
  1. Accelerated Construction Management Team
    • Coordinate requests
    • Assure complete proposal (FHWA and host transportation agency)
    • Coordinate and schedule mutual acceptable workshop dates
    • Coordinate agenda and national/ local participants, presenters, facilitators, coordinators, note keepers
    • Conduct workshop with host transportation agency -DOT
    • Final documentation and promotion of results, articles, web pages
  2. Skill Set Team Leaders
    • Identify and maintain qualified skill set roster and biographies of national experts
    • Provide available skill set members for each workshop as requested
  3. Division Office
    • Assist DOT with ACTT project proposal
    • Assist DOT with planning, organization and coordination of workshop
    • Participate in workshop (expertise, facilitation, and note keeping)
    • Assist DOT in documentation of workshop and results
  4. Host Transportation Agency -DOT
    • Plan, organize and coordinate workshop facilities and supplies
    • Coordinate workshop participants (non-FHWA national experts) travel
    • Fund workshop facilities and travel of non-FHWA national experts
