Technology adoption starts with hands-on experience.

Agencies and their stakeholders don’t have to buy an expensive piece of equipment to try it out and to determine whether it meets their needs. Some of the pavement community’s most advanced technology is available to borrow through the MATC equipment loan program.

Loan can last from a few weeks to several months.
Requests will receive a response within seven business days.
Once approved, equipment will be shipped within 14 days.
Loans subject to equipment availability; some items are in high demand.
After borrowing the MATC equipment, we welcome feedback about how you used the technology, how it worked, and what impact borrowing the equipment might have in your state.

Who benefits from the MATC Equipment Loan Program?

Anyone who has struggled with long budget approval processes, lengthy implementation and training times, or questions about finding the right fit can benefit from an equipment loan from the MATC. Test equipment without committing resources and gain knowledge with a wide range of newer as well as established technologies.
