The Federal Highway Administration Office of Civil Rights (HCR) concurs with the Division Offices' recommendations for the approval of the State Departments of Transportation FY2017 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise/Supportive Services Statements of Work. All Divisions should ensure that the actual obligated funds reflect the funding amount listed in Table 1. Please be sure to upload all Disadvantaged Business Enterprise/Supportive Services accomplishment reports your Division receives from the State to the Civil Rights Discipline SharePoint in the respective State's folder.
By copy of this memorandum, HCR requests that the Office of the Chief Financial Officer Fiscal Management Information System (FMIS) Team process the following amounts to the States listed in Table I below in FMIS.
