RE: SEP-16 Concept paper for Type 3 Right of Way Certifications
Dear Mrs. Leffler:
ODOT appreciates the cooperative working relationship we share with FHWA. We were very pleased that you accepted our SEP-16 proposal for further discussion and we appreciate your time and consideration of the proposal.
However, upon further internal consideration, ODOT has decided to withdraw its proposal for additional delegated authority regarding the review, approval, certification, and issuance of conditional Right of Way Certifications.
We look forward to working with FHWA on future innovations.
