U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao announced that the Build America Bureau will provide a $99.6 million TIFIA loan to the City of Bellevue Washington to develop a combination of 12 multimodal roadways to support a the new BelRed neighborhood, a livable community located at the center of a regional system of interstate highways, local streets and transit facilities.
