U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao announced the close of a $106.95 million loan to the Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise for the C-470 Express Lanes Project. The $325 million project will provide 12.5 miles of new Express Lanes and other improvements that will enhance mobility for all corridor users.
