The USDOT has announced a listening session to allow the public to present their perspectives regarding Model P-3 Contracts. Recent legislation (MAP-21) requires USDOT to develop public private partnerships model transaction contracts. The USDOT would like public input before embarking on this effort. The listening session will be held from 12:00 to 4:00 pm on Wednesday January 16, 2013 at West Atrium of the USDOT building located at 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington DC 20590.
