Please reduce the FY 2017 allotment issued to the Office of Infrastructure, under DELPHI Accounting String 15X01ERB50 (DELPHI Program Code ER21/FMIS Program Code ER11) by $52,470,598.00 and issue these funds to the Office of Federal Lands Highway. These funds are being transferred to address FY 2017 obligation needs for eligible repairs under the Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads program.
