    Arizona''s Gila River Bridge slide-in bridge project was recently named a Highways/Bridges merit award in the 2015 Best Projects competition conducted by ENR Southwest. This was a SHRP2 Round 1 Implementation Assistance Program project utilizing Innovative Bridge Designs for Rapid Renewal (R04).
