SHRP2: Advancing the State of the Practice
SHRP2 has successfully delivered $155 million in financial and technical assistance. More than 60 SHRP2 Solutions are now available for implementation by state departments of transportation, metropolitan planning organizations, local and tribal agencies, and FHWA's Federal Lands divisions. The SHRP2 Implementation Highlights annual report showcases 2017 implementation successes from all four focus areas:
- Safety
- Renewal
- Capacity
- Reliability
Announcing SHRP2 Education Connection Round 2 Recipients
FHWA and AASHTO have announced the recipients of the second Round SHRP2 Education Connection initiative. Five universities will receive cooperative agreements totaling an estimated $55,000, enabling them to incorporate SHRP2 products into their transportation coursework.
